A common factor for many misunderstandings is the language barrier between trade partners. These misunderstandings can lead to severe and very expensive consequences. In our supply chain collaboration platform we mitigate the occurrence rate of the most common mistakes with our smart information flow. Information is only shown to relevant and authorized staff, the system takes care of sharing updates and reminds people of the most important deal milestones for better accountability and transparency. Another part of the smart information flows are the multilingual aspect - you work in your native language and your trading partner works in their native language in a seamless manner.
